Methodology:

- Downloaded US Drought Monitor weekly data,
- Clip to Puerto Rico land area only,
- Identify periods of consecutive weeks of drought exposure,
- Create layer for the period of drought exposure,
- Merge drought polygons in the drought period to one polygon which displays the maximum extent of drought exposure for the period
