Values are based on those reported in Ch. 3: Energy Systems, p. 110, and represent a synthesis of projections from three sources: U.S. Department of Energy’s Energy Information Administration (EIA 2017), Environment and Climate Change Can- ada (ECCC 2016a), and Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development’s International Energy Agency (IEA 2016).
